Cap Bon Harissa « Le Lion »

We offer 4 different sizes of our Harissa product : 1/6 (136 g), ½ (380 g), 4/4 (760 g) and 2/1 (2 kg).

The 1/6 and 1/2 formats are available with easy open ends, which makes it easier and quicker for our customers to open cans.

Ingredients:
According to the Tunisian standard NT52.07, only natural spices mentioned below are added to our pepper paste in the following minimum amounts :

• 4 % Garlic cloves
• 4 % Coriander
• 2 % Caraway
• NaCl content ≤ 4 %

Shelf life : 3 years from the manufacturing date.
